Sale of 4 Bell Drive, Hamilton International Park

Further to the successful comprehensive refurbishment and letting of Bell Drive, Hamilton a sale has been completed to the HFD Pension Fund.  The price agreed was £4.5 million, netting a strong return on equity for the JV.
