Agreement for Lease signed with Greggs in Edinburgh

An agreement for lease has been completed with Greggs on unit 3a, Seafield Trade Park, Edinburgh.  They are not due to take occupation until mid-2024 after some refurbishment works have been completed by the landlord (Rankeilour Commercial 3 LLP).  There will a further 1,800 sq ft unit available next door to Greggs and Culverwell will be marketing this on behalf of the landlord.
