We identify and invest in UK based commercial real estate assets where we see an opportunity to add value through active asset management and/or development. 

Depending on the nature of the project, this will either be done through an established Syndicate or by Joint Venturing with third party investors whilst maintaining an asset management role.

Provide pro-active asset management services for commercial property investors utilising our wide relationship base within the sector, where they:

• Have a requirement for a local partner who provides honest and effective direction
• Don’t have the right in-house expertise
• Don’t have the time needed to dedicate to an investment
• Require fresh input and new set of ideas to rejuvenate stale assets.

Property Consultancy

We offer consultancy services for a wide range of disciplines within the sector such as:

• Investment
• Development
• Asset management
• Portfolio strategy.
