Rankeilour Properties in conjunction with Ryden have completed on two new Agreements for Lease on behalf of their client, Stenprop, at Anniesland Business Park. Bearsden Autos are moving out of unit 12D1&2 and into a refurbished unit 12E1 and Paint Shed, a new tenant to the estate introduced by Ryden, are moving into unit 12D1&2 after a comprehensive refurbishment.

Rankeilour Properties have negotiated a lease renewal on unit 25D at Anniesland Business Park in Glasgow to existing tenant EPOS.
