Provide pro-active asset management services for our clients to grow and strengthen income profiles across assets.
We utilise our wide relationship base within the sector to engage occupiers early and establish their requirements in order to maintain income.
Our business plans are constantly evolving to suit client requirements, with on-going interaction and reporting encouraged.
Rankeilour Properties is registered with the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) as a Small Registered Alternative Investment Fund Manager (AIFM).
Consultancy
We offer consultancy services to our clients covering a wide range of disciplines within real estate.
This includes disciplines such as Investment, Development, Asset Management and Portfolio Strategy.
