Refinancing completed for Rankeilour Commercial 4 LLP

Rankeilour Properties have renewed the loan facility for this LLP with Santander.  Our active asset management of the properties within this LLP has improved the valuations, allowing additional debt to be drawn down and returned to investors.  Lower interest rates have also contributed towards improved returns for the LLP.
