Rankeilour Properties completes first acquisition for Rankeilour UK Warehouse Fund

Rankeilour Properties are pleased to announce the acquisition of 6 Grayshill Road, Cumbernauld for £5.45m, on behalf of the newly established Rankeilour UK Warehouse Fund.

The property comprises a modern 55,472 sq ft industrial facility on a 3.4-acre site within Westfield Industrial Estate and is fully let to Pitreavie Packaging Limited, who use the property as their headquarters and principal manufacturing facility.

Pitreavie recently extended its lease by a further five years, securing its occupation of the property until 2035.
