City Plumbing Lease Re-gear and Rent Review completed – Falkirk & Coatbridge

City Plumbing Supplies have agreed a simultaneous rent review and lease re-gear on two separate units with the Rankeilour Commercial 4 Portfolio.  City Plumbing Supplies agreed to remove their break option at Falkirk and settle the forth coming rent review, whilst also settling an outstanding rent review at Coatbridge. This demonstrates CPS’s commitment to working with the landlord and staying in these properties for longer term.
