Agreement for lease signed with Screwfix at Unit 1, North Caldeen Road, Coatbridge

Rankeilour Properties have completed an agreement for lease with Screwfix on Unit 1, North Caldeen Road, Coatbridge.  The industrial / trade counter premises will provide approximately 5,000 sq ft of accommodation when the refurbishment works have been completed.  The lease to Screwfix is for a period of 20 years and should be open for trade in early 2023.
