Pre-let of refurbished industrial unit at Hamilton

Rankeilour Properties, along with their JV partner, Wemyss Properties, have signed an Agreement for Lease with Galaxy Insulation during the construction period at 4 Bell Drive, Hamilton. The lease is for a period of 15 years and is the first depot for Galaxy within Scotland. The tenant intends to store and distribute insulation products across Scotland from the unit.
