Rankeilour Properties have acquired Almond Road Industrial Estate, Falkirk on behalf of Rankeilour Commercial 4 LLP.  The property comprises 9 industrial units within 3 separate terraces and is let to 7 occupiers.  The price was £2.725 million.  This acquisition provides further diversification for the LLP, broadening the geographic and tenant mix.
