Lease Surrender with Brandon Tool Hire in Coatbridge

A lease surrender has been agreed with Brandon Tool Hire at Units 1&2, North Caldeen Road, Coatbridge.  Brandon Tool Hire were not in occupation of the unit and agreed a settlement with Rankeilour Properties to ‘hand back’ the property. This will facilitate the sub-division and refurbishment of the units, which will allow the landlord (Rankeilour Commercial 4 LLP) to re-let to new occupiers on longer term leases.
