Acquisition of industrial facility in Hamilton

Rankeilour Properties have acquired 4 Bell Drive in Hamilton International Park, Hamilton in joint venture with Wemyss Properties. The property currently provides manufacturing, office and testing facilities having previously been used as computer component production and testing facility. The intention is to convert the 55,000 sq ft building into a distribution warehouse, with associated self-contained yard and office accommodation. This will involve removing the majority of the first floor accommodation and replacing the car park with a concrete yard.
