Sale of Retail Parade and Residential Apartments in Montrose

Rankeilour Properties advised Scottish Midland Co-Operative Society Limited on the sale of Units 1-5 New Wynd/ 67-77 High Street Montrose.  The property was let to a variety of occupiers, including Peacocks, Scotmid Co-Op and Domino’s. The price achieved was £2.125 million.
