New Letting to Tantrum Donuts at Port Dundas Trading Estate

Rankeilour Properties have progressed a new letting to Tantrum Doughnuts at Unit 7 Port Dundas Trading Estate, Glasgow.  The unit is approximately 1,900 sq ft and the lease is for a period of 10 years.  The tenant is going to be manufacturing and distributing doughnuts from their new premises.  Savills advised the landlord on this letting.
