Fife Bathroom Centre have taken the last remaining unit at Hillend Industrial Estate, Dalgety Bay, the estate recently acquired by Rankeilour Commercial 2 LLP.

The unit provides 3,000 sq ft of newly developed industrial / trade counter space. The new tenant, who are expecting to be open for business in April 2020, have an existing operation in Stirling (Stirling Bathroom Centre) and are looking to expand further.

The property is now 100% occupied. The other tenants are, Screwfix, Greggs, Domino’s, Subway and Specsavers.
