Rankeilour Commercial 1 LLP has acquired Units 1-9 Rutherford Road, Dryburgh Industrial Estate, Dundee from CBRE Global Investors. This is the second acquisition Rankeilour Properties have progressed on behalf of the Rankeilour Commercial 1 syndicate.
The property is located within 3 miles of Dundee city centre and in close proximity to the A90 Kingsway. It is a multi-let industrial asset of 9 separate units, comprising a Gross Internal Area of 36,784 sq ft. The estate is fully let to Travis Perkins, Wolsleley, John Clark Motor Group and Eurocell and provides a total rental income of £189,277 per annum.
Rankeilour plan to undertake various asset management initiatives to maintain and improve the income across the estate with the aim of maximising investor returns.
