Two New Agreements for Lease signed with Paint Shed and Bearsden Autos at Anniesland Business Park, Glasgow

Rankeilour Properties in conjunction with Ryden have completed on two new Agreements for Lease on behalf or their client, Stenprop, at Anniesland Business Park. Bearsden Autos are moving out of unit 12D1&2 and into a refurbished unit 12E1 and Paint Shed, a new tenant to the estate introduced by Ryden, are moving into unit 12D&2 after a comprehensive refurbishment.

The works are being undertaken by Affiniti Response and overseen by Paragon Building Surveyors. This is a great outcome for both tenants that has been a long time in the making, and is another very positive result for our client Stenprop as the rents continue to improve and the voids are reduced across the estate.
