Jamie Fergusson joins Rankeilour Properties

Jamie Fergusson has joined Rankeilour Properties from Knight Frank. His much pondered move takes place at a time when Rankeilour Properties has recently acquired a further multi-let industrial estate in Dundee for a syndicate of private investors. Jamie comments, “Having provided advise to Neil at Rankeilour Properties for a few years I am very excited about combining forces and making the move to the ‘client-side’. I look forward to helping source and asset manage interesting property opportunities for our investors and clients.”

Jamie had previously worked at Knight Frank as a partner in their capital markets team and at DTZ as a director in Edinburgh. Prior to this he spent 7 years in London, including a period at CBRE where he first met and worked with Neil.

Over the last 10 years Jamie has been sourcing and advising clients on numerous acquisition and sales opportunities within the commercial property market in Scotland so is well placed to assist with the development and growth of Rankeilour Properties.
