A five-year lease extension has been completed with AJ Glass at Almond Road, Falkirk on Units 17 & 19.  A further five-year lease extension with Homeslide Door Systems on Units 3&5 has also completed.  Both tenants have been a long standing occupiers within the estate and the rent increase of about 20% reflects the strong rent growth seen within the Falkirk market.
