Struan joined Rankeilour Properties in 2026.

He holds a BA (Hons) degree in Politics from Loughborough University and an MSc in Real Estate from Henley Business School, University of Reading. He has also completed a Certificate in Managerial Finance at the London School of Economics and is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).

Struan began his career in London with St Bride’s Managers, a real estate investment manager, where he worked as an Asset Manager across two UK commercial property Partnerships, with a combined AUM of £125 million. His experience covered a variety of sectors including industrial, office and retail warehousing, his focus being on generating added value and driving income return through active asset management initiatives.

On returning to Scotland in 2023, Struan broadened his commercial experience by working within the drinks sector in Edinburgh, covering sales across Scotland and Northern England. 

When not working, Struan enjoys cooking and participating in a variety of sports including hockey and tennis, and is a long-suffering supporter of Scottish rugby.
