Neil set up Rankeilour Properties in April 2016 when he moved back to his roots in Scotland. 

He has a BA (Hons) degree in Business Management from the University of Newcastle Upon Tyne.  Having spent his initial career in corporate finance at Robert Fleming and JPMorgan he set his sights on commercial property in 2003 getting an MA in Property Valuation and Law from Cass Business School.   From here he joined CBRE where he worked in the National Investment team for 6 years. 

In 2010 he joined London & Stamford Property Plc which became LondonMetric Property Plc.  From 2013 Neil jointly ran the industrial / distribution investment team transacting £1.06bn of deals over a 3 year period up to March 2016.

Neil is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS). He is also a partner in a farming operation in Fife, a non-executive director of Growers Garden and a Trustee of various family trusts.

When not working Neil enjoys spending time with his family and taking part in a wide variety of sporting activities including skiing and golfing.
