Rankeilour Properties is a specialist investor and manager of UK-wide commercial real estate, with a particular focus on the Industrial and Retail Warehouse sectors. Our stock picking is driven by extensive pre-acquisition due diligence allowing us to deliver a strategy of income growth through a combination of active asset management and strong customer relationships resulting in increased capital values. We are registered with the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) as a Small Registered AIFM (Alternative Investment Fund Manager).

Neil Crombie

Neil has worked in UK commercial real estate since 2003. He gained significant experience working in London prior to moving back to his roots in Scotland and founding Rankeilour Properties in 2016.
